A few words about the industry and the website involved in the positioning process.
The industry in which the Client operates is job placement regarding the acquisition of workers from Poland and Ukraine for employers from Germany. A relatively difficult sector, mainly due to competition in the form of websites such as pracuj.pl, jobs.pl, olx.pl, but also portals focused exclusively on the organization of work in Germany - poloniusz.pl, dojczland.info and many others.
As I have already mentioned, the positioned site belongs to an employment agency located in Poznan. The site is a typical WordPress site. A simple design on a simple engine realized through advanced plugins. Its biggest problem was frequent and thoughtless intervention in the code. As a result, a lot of chaos was created, which strongly affected the speed of the site.

Since the signed contract was for the positioning of specific phrases, I prioritized the optimization of titles (title) and descriptions (meta description). The loading speed of a website is extremely important. This is not subject to any discussion, multiple studies have proven this without any doubt. After the first SEO optimization of a Google-positioned website performed by me, its rejection rate dropped. The loading time was cut in half - from 6 to 3 seconds, and consequently the site became user-friendly.

SEO optimization: removing the errors of the positioned site.
The website was generating a mass of errors. The main bug was the lack of responsiveness - the site displayed incorrectly on mobile devices. Another problem was the high number of 404 errors (non-existent sub-pages), resulting from the expiration of individual job listings. The difficulty caused by the constant replacement of ads was overcome in a rather breakneck manner. The solution adopted was temporary by definition, but it was effective:
- 404 pages were indexed on the fly
- site map generated anew each time,
- the structure of the positioned page verified in search of links to 404 subpages.
Ultimately, a method is being developed in which the published ads will be a fixed element, and the application for the next reference number will be a variable and non-indexed page.

The key to success turned out to be efficient contact with the owner of the positioned website. I also convinced him to maintain a company blog, and then created a well-thought-out strategy for publishing more blog posts with well-defined titles, headlines, topics. The content was prepared by professional copywriters. All this translated into an increase in traffic to the positioned site, an increase in queries for jobs - and after all, this is what the client wants, to make the site work!
